TICKETS: 

120,020 Hospital Home Lottery tickets are available for purchase. Single tickets are available for $110 each, packages of three tickets available for $275, packages of five tickets available for $400 and packages of ten tickets available for $750. 

Persons must be 18 years of age to purchase a ticket and the name of a person under 18 years of age may not be written on the ticket. If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaser refunded. 

Tickets intended for persons in Alberta at time of purchase only. Restrictions apply. 

The raffle will accept ticket orders through the following channels: website, call centre, mail and in-person. 

All ticket purchases are final; refunds are not available. 

Tickets will be sold using an Electronic Raffle System (ERS). 

The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket(s); however, participants do not need their ticket/s in hand in order to be included in the respective draw(s). No refunds will be issued after commencement of the draws. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible. 

PRIZES: 

1,404 prizes will be awarded. All prizes awarded are new product. 

The following prizes offer a cash alternative; all remaining prizes must be accepted as awarded with no cash equivalencies available: 

• VIP Prize – 2026 Range Rover Sport or $100,000 Cash
• Bonus Prize – 2026 Porsche Cayenne plus a trip to Portugal or $150,000 Cash
• 2026 Audi S5 Technik or 2026 Toyota Tundra Crewmax Hybrid Platinum or $85,000 Cash
• Germany or Croatia and Slovenia or $17,500 Cash
• Bahamas or Costa Rica or $12,000 Cash
• Quebec City or Montreal or $5,000 Cash 

All prize winners have 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize. Where applicable, airfare for vacation prizes is from the Calgary International Airport. Winners of prizes that offer a cash alternative will be required to confirm their choice in writing within 5 business days of notification of their prize winning; after five days the winner will be provided with the cash alternative. 

Approximate total retail value of prizes is $5,255,323.65 (including GST).

Only prizes advertised with a cash alternative are eligible to receive cash in lieu of the prize. 

Grand Prize real estate value: 113 Legacy Vista Rise - valued at $3,200,000 (including GST). 

Early Bird real estate value: Unit #106 - 1606 Spring Creek Gate, Canmore - valued at $1,350,000 (including GST).

Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. Winner or Calgary Health Foundation is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded. 

Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. 

Prize values shown are approximate retail values as of the date contracts were negotiated with suppliers. 

DEADLINES/DRAW DATES: 

All draws will take place at the office of MNP LLP located at 2000-330 5th Ave SW, Calgary. All draws will be open to the public. 

Draw Order: The first draw will be for the VIP Prize, the second draw will be for the Bonus Prize, the third draw will be for the Early Bird Prize. Thereafter, draws are made in order of ascending retail value. After each draw, the winner's name and ticket number is recorded and the ticket number remains eligible for the next draw(s). Each ticket purchased before the VIP deadline will be eligible for all 1,404 draws. Tickets purchased after the VIP deadline but before the Bonus deadline will be eligible for the remaining 1,403 draws. Tickets purchased after the Bonus deadline but before the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 1,402 draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 1,401 draws. 

Tickets sold by the VIP Prize sales deadline: All tickets sold by midnight, September 18, 2026, will be eligible for the VIP draw on September 29, 2026. The draw will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP located at 2000-330 5th Ave SW, Calgary. 

Tickets sold by the Bonus Prize sales deadline: All tickets sold by midnight, October 16, 2026, will be eligible for the Bonus draw on October 27, 2026. The draw will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP located at 2000-330 5th Ave SW, Calgary.  

Tickets sold by the Early Bird Prize sales deadline: In the event that all tickets are sold by the Early Bird deadline of midnight, November 6, 2026 then all remaining draws would be held November 17, 2026 beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP located at 2000-330 5th Ave SW, Calgary. The first draw would be for the Early Bird prize, which would be followed by 1,401 preliminary draws, drawn in order of retail value beginning with the prizes of least retail value. 

Tickets sold after the Early Bird Prize sales deadline: all tickets sold after the Early Bird Prize deadline but before the Final deadline of midnight, November 27, 2026, will be eligible for all remaining draws on December 8, 2026. Prizes will be drawn in order of ascending retail value. The draw will take place at 8:30 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP located at 2000-330 5th Ave SW, Calgary. 

If all tickets are sold by November 6, 2026, possession date and title transfer for the Grand Prize Showhome will be December 11, 2026. The title transfer for the Canmore Early Bird prize will be December 11, 2026. 

If all tickets are not sold by November 6, 2026, possession date and title transfer for the Grand Prize Showhome will be January 4, 2027. 

All draws will be made as stated, even in the event of a power outage. An extension of draw dates or cancellation of raffle would only be requested from the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission in the unlikely event of a natural disaster or catastrophic event. 

Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures with licensing approval from the licensing body (AGLC). Draw control will be provided by the ERS Administrator. 

Only tickets that have been paid for, and verified as paid for, are eligible for the respective draw(s). 

Winning ticket numbers will be selected by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system. 

A draw will only be deemed valid and complete upon final confirmation and recording by the ERS Administrator. 

All winners of prizes will be notified by the accounting firm of MNP LLP as to what they have won and how to claim their prize. 

Top prize winners will be announced on the lottery website on November 18 or December 10, 2026. 

On November 19 or December 11, 2026 a full list of winners will be published online at www.CalgaryHospitalHomeLottery.com. 

Official Ticket(s) and Prize notification letter will be addressed to the primary ticket holder only and emailed to the email address provided by the ticket purchaser. In the event a winning ticket is held in more than one name, it is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to share winning information with those parties. If any disputes arise, neither the licensed charity nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket stub.

UNCLAIMED PRIZES: 

In the event a winner has not claimed their prize after a 90-day period from the applicable draw date and after several attempts have been made to contact that winner, then that prize will be returned to Calgary Health Foundation upon AGLC approval and used on currently approved use of proceeds.

All titles, text, logos, graphics and artwork associated with the Calgary Health Foundation Hospital Home Lottery are owned, controlled or licensed by or to Calgary Health Foundation and the Hospital Home Lottery, and are protected by applicable trade dress, copyright, patent and/or trademark laws, and/or various other intellectual property rights and/or unfair competition laws, and no portion thereof may be published, distributed or used in any manner whatsoever for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Calgary Health Foundation and the Hospital Home Lottery. Tickets cannot be resold or repackaged.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow us, Calgary Health Foundation, and its licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program, the right, if you are a prize winner, to use and publicly disclose your name, municipality of residence, image, photograph and likeness as a prize winner in any means required by the terms of our lottery license and/or that we consider appropriate for purposes of administering and promoting the lottery, without notice, review or approval or additional compensation to you. 

No refunds will be issued after the commencement of the draws. 

Winners of real estate prizes will be required to sign a Full & Final Release prior to the home being transferred.  

Personal information collected will be used to fulfill ticket orders, provide information on our future lotteries, contact prize winners and publicize the names of prize winners. 

All prizes are accepted “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Foundation Board shall have no obligation to any prize winner to provide or enforce any warranty or other right offered by any third-party provider of any prize. Any such warranty that may be provided by any third-party provider of any prize will be between the prize winner and such third-party provider of any prize.

All draws will be made as stated, even in the event of a power outage. An extension of draw dates or cancellation of raffle would only be requested from the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission in the unlikely event of a natural disaster or catastrophic event. 

Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures with licensing approval from the licensing body (AGLC). Draw control will be provided by the ERS Administrator.

UNCLAIMED PRIZES: 

The prize winner has 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize. In the event a winner has not claimed their prize after a 90-day period from the final draw date and after several attempts have been made to contact that winner, then that prize will be returned to Calgary Health Foundation and used on currently approved use of proceeds upon AGLC approval.
